Epic Genderswapped Vegeta Cosplay Shatters the 9000 Barrier in Dragon Ball Fandom

Dragon Ball’s Vegeta is given a fresh hairstyle and a feminine wardrobe in a stunning gender-swapped costume that could even please Akira Toriyama.

An incredible Dragon Ball fan created a Vegeta cosplay that morphs gender.

The costume was shared on Reddit and was displayed at the event of Sakura-Con. It features the Prince of All Saiyan’s famous black hairstyle that is spiky and has a longer, flowing style. The costume also has a more feminine rendition of the traditional Saiyan blue and white battle armor.

The huge Dragon Ball multimedia franchise began in 1984 when the series was launched with the publication of the first chapter from Akira Toriyama’s manga of the same name in Shuiesha’s Weekly Shonen Jump. The story follows son Goku’s journey from childhood through adulthood, as the battle-loving and food-addicted teenager is taught martial arts and sets off on adventures. Over the years, Goku, his friends, and a host of dangerous villains are confronted and defeated. Fans of Toriyama’s work are more excited about than just amazing fan art and cosplay. Toei Animation and Bandai Namco released a trailer for an upcoming game in the Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi series. The games allow players to play as fan-favorite characters such as Son Goku or Vegeta, and then fight it out. The first mainline installment of the series was released in 2007 the release of Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 4 was a major surprise for many. The film adaptation of Toriyama’s Sand Land manga will be released later in the year. The film has the same tone and style as Dragon Ball. Prominent voice actor Mutsumi Tamura (Tribe Nine) stars as the protagonist, Beelzebub.
